Loose Leash Walking Workshop
Prerequisite: This is for dogs who have successfully completed either Obedience 101 or A.K.C. STAR Puppy. Tired of getting dragged down the street? Our 2-day Loose Leash Walking Workshop is here to help! Held on December 13 & 20, 2025 at 11:00 AM, this hands-on workshop teaches the techniques and timing you need to teach your dog to walk politely by your side—even with distractions. You’ll learn how to build engagement, prevent pulling before it starts, and practice to make leash walks more enjoyable for both of you i the real world. This workshop is great for dogs of all ages who struggle with leash manners and for owners looking to regain control and confidence on walks.
Place Workshop
Prerequisite: This is for dogs who have successfully completed the AKC CGC test. Give your dog the gift of impulse control and calm with our focused 2-day Place Workshop. Held on December 13 & 20, 2025 at 1:00 PM, this workshop teaches your dog the essential skill of going to and staying on a designated spot—whether it’s a mat, cot, or bed. The “place” command is ideal for preventing jumping, begging, and overexcitement during door greetings, meals, and other daily routines. You’ll learn how to build duration, add distractions, and transfer the behavior to real-life situations. It’s a powerful tool for creating structure and calm in your home!
